I remember my Dad he was the best Dad
anyone could have
When my sisiter and I were young
we had such fun.
when my Mum went out for a drink
which she did most nights,
My Dad would get out the bread
and toast it on the fire for us.
We thought this was a great treat,
with cheese on top
We would sit and he would tell us stories
of when hewas a lad.
I have tasted toast which other people have made
But it wasn't as good as my Dad's
