นิทานกลอน เป็นอะไรที่สวยงาม มีคำคล้องจอง มีความหมาย เหมาะสำหรับอ่านให้เด็กฟัง ได้อรรถรส ฟังสนุก
เล่มนี้ทำกลอนเรื่องเกี่ยวกับสัตว์ออกมา ตามตัวอักษร A-Z แต่ละบทก็จะมีหัวข้อสัตว์แต่ละตัว เช่น
A-Ant
B-Bear
C-Crocodile
D-Dinosaur
แต่ละบทจะมีคำที่สัมผัสคล้องจองกัน อ่านแล้วได้จังหวะ สนุกสนาน เช่น

I'd like to be a tall giraffe
And stretch up to the sky,
Then I could see beyond the trees
And watch the stars go by.
It must be very lonely though
Up there so very high
I wonder if that's why giraffes
Seem really rather shy.
