นิทานอีสป เป็นนิทานที่มักจะมีบทเรียนสอนใจ ให้เด็กๆตอนจบเสมอ ทั้งที่เด็กอาจจะสรุปได้เอง หรือพ่อแม่สรุปให้
แต่เล่มนี้ จะมีบทสรุปให้เราเรียบร้อย หลังจากอ่านนิทานจบ ที่ด้านล่างของหนังสือ
นิทานทั้งหมด 19 เรื่องในเล่ม จะมีเพียงเรื่องละ 2 หน้า ซ้าย และ ขวา พร้อมบทเรียนเลย เรียกว่าสั้น กระชับ
